Hi, I’m Madison Womble, and I created HappiHealthiYogi with one mission: to help you navigate the many beautiful (and sometimes overwhelming) niches of wellness.

After years of chasing every health trend, trying all the diets, and pushing myself through countless workouts, I realized something powerful—true health and happiness begins with your mindset. It’s not just about what’s on your plate or how many steps you take. It’s about how you think, how you feel, and how you show up for yourself every day.

To pursue my passion, I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I completed over 400 hours of education and training to become a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. That year changed my life—and now I’m here to help change yours.

I believe that when you shift your perspective, embrace mindfulness, and start seeing yourself with love and compassion, everything else begins to align. Your health. Your energy. Your joy.
